Most ERP partners operate on time-and-materials billing. We don't. Every OdooEdge engagement is quoted at a fixed price after thorough scoping — so you know exactly what you're committing to before you sign.
This isn't easy for us. It requires more rigorous scoping upfront and limits our ability to absorb mid-project scope creep. We do it because it transfers risk from the client to us — which is where it belongs.
Founder-Led Delivery
Many partners assign a senior salesperson to win the deal, then hand the project to a junior team. We don't. Founders are directly involved in every engagement — from initial scoping through key decisions to final go-live.
This limits how many projects we take on at once. We've made that trade-off deliberately — fewer concurrent projects, each delivered with senior attention, beats a high-volume model that quietly degrades quality.
UAE-Deep, Not UAE-Adjacent
We're based in the UAE, built for UAE businesses, and specialized in the operational details that matter here: 5% VAT compliance, FTA e-invoicing, WPS payroll, bilingual Arabic-English implementations, multi-emirate operations, and the specific banking and accounting integrations UAE businesses need.
